THE MAPLE IN THIS COLLECTION:

Sourced from a single 4’ in diameter maple tree which lived and died behind the studio. Milled at a local sawmill and seasoned in the studio.  Burls in the wood create incredible visual depth. 

THE CHERRY SLABS IN THIS COLLECTION:

Sourced from dead trees in the forest near the studio.  Milled at a local sawmill and seasoned in the studio.

THE HICKORY IN THIS COLLECTION:

From Northeastern forests. Well-seasoned old stock.An incredibly hard wood.
